In addition to her dance coaching, Tjarda has extensive experience supporting clients with challenges like burnout, depression, anxiety, HSP, AD(H)D, ASS and other neurodivergent conditions. As a Body-Oriented (Integrated) Psychotherapist, she blends the wisdom of the body with psychotherapy, helping clients address their obstacles and reconnect with themselves.
